My background in engineering and economics allows me to use a technical expertise to help clients either find the home they are looking for or successfully market the home they are selling. By providing valuable insights on property improvements or renovations, I assist clients in making informed decisions when they sell, buy or invest in real estate.
Having lived in three other countries, has allowed me to bridge cultural differences when dealing with foreign clients. I can assist clients in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French.
I belong to the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. I have obtained a designation from the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and became a Certified Listing Professional (CLP) and Expert Buyers Agent (CEBA).
